Best Gifts in the World

We all love giving and receiving gifts no matter what the occasion. It's a part of our humanity that we should enjoy this two way reciprocation. That's a pretty great reason to write about this very subject and get a good feeling going inside!

I've given this page the warm and fuzzy title: "Best Gifts in the World" because while commercialism has provided us with an amazing way to fulfill this wonderful interaction, it is the true gifts of life and those that make life better that are the real winners. So I'll be looking at both sides of this fascinating coin.

What is the Best Gift of All? 

 The answer to that question will be different for different people, I guess. It will be as real and as solid as anyone else's opinion and that's the way it should be. If we were all the same, with all the same opinions on things, it would be a pretty boring existence!

Many will say that the gift of life is the ultimate gift, and I agree its true. Without life, none of us would be here to even debate this! But taking that thought to the next level and accepting that the miracle of life itself makes it possible for us to even ask and ponder this question, the follow up answer would be the more subjective one.

I can't speak for anyone else, only myself. And for me, the best gift I can think of is that area of our magnificent minds that is the power of thought and the creative element of imagination.

Imagine... 

For it is the imaginative ability that we have that makes us special, creative, inspired, productive and exceptional. What we can create out of imagination is limitless, miraculous and astounding!

 So let's take that most precious of human qualities and put it to use to conjure up the other kind of gift that we all love - the one that is given and received!
